We have 3 ways of saving orders once you have added products to a current order. |

| Automatic 7 Day Save - This requires that you use the same PC to access our site because the order is automatically stored in a cookie on your machine which will activate the next time you visit the site within 7 days. You do not have to click anything to save the order. When you return to the site just click on the Checkout link at the top right of your screen, and then click View Order. Your current order will now be displayed with prices. Please note: at present you can only store up to 20 items using this facility. If there is a price increase on any of the products in your stored order between the time you saved the item and the time that you send us the order, we will contact you. |

| Save Order - Similar to above, but if you think you will need to store an order for more than 7 days, go to your Current Order screen and click Save Order. Enter a name in the box and enter the number of days you want to save the order, then click save order. Please note that if you return to the site within 7 days after adding products to an order you will not need to restore your saved order. You can view or restore any of your saved orders through the Customer Services (Account) page. |

| Wishlist Permanent Save - More suitable for those who use different PCs to access the website. The order will be stored on our site by clicking Wishlist on the current order screen. Enter a name in the box and enter the number of days you want to save the order, then click save order. You can view or restore any of your saved wishlists through the Customer Services (Account) page. |

| Wishlist Products - For products that you order regularly, adding them to a product wishlist takes the effort out of searching each time you wish to order them. Every product on our site includes an "Add to wishlist" link. Please note that only 1 of each product will be added to your product wishlist. You can alter the quantity once the product is added to your current order. |
